Abstract:
Experimental study, including alkaline pretreatment, non-cyanide leaching while grinding and agitation leaching, is carried out on the sulfuric acid slag containing 3.55 g/t gold, 0.19% arsenic and 0.80% sulfur in a tower mill. The results show that the leaching while grinding-agitation leaching process is suitable to treat gold-bearing sulfuric acid slag, and under the optimal conditions, with non-cyanide gold extraction agent JJC, the process can obtain good index, increasing gold leaching rate from 74.4%, which is from conventional leaching, to 90.4%; ultra-fine grinding leaching while grinding can significantly improve gold leaching effect. The research achievement can be used as reference for the effective recovery from other gold-bearing slag and gold ores.
