Abstract:
In order to improve the gold recovery of arsenic-bearing refractory gold ore from a gold mine in high-cold area of Sichuan, flotation experimental study was carried out. The effects of activator and collector on gold flotation indexes were investigated. The results showed that under the optimal reagent system, using the new activator HB-803 developed by Humon Chemical Auxiliary Co., Ltd. and combined collectors HB-33 and HB-A3, a gold concentrate with yield of 3.75%, gold grade of 60.10 g/t and gold recovery of 91.05% was obtained in closed-circuit test. The gold recovery was nearly 8 percentage points higher than that of the plant site (83.28%), with significant economic benefits.
