波格拉露天矿西帮边坡滑塌机理分析及治理技术

Cause of western slope sliding in Bogela open-pit mine and its treatment technology

  • 摘要: 边坡稳定是露天开采矿山安全生产的重要保证。根据波格拉露天矿西帮边坡滑塌状况,分析了边坡失稳机理,并提出了针对性的工程治理措施。西帮边坡岩体主要为低塑性粉质黏土泥岩,局部、浅部滑塌是造成其大范围滑塌的主要原因。通过实施"坡面整形+坡面封闭+沟谷整平导流+贴坡反滤+稳定坡脚+坡体内疏排水"等工程治理措施,并遵循自上而下的治理原则,分区分期进行综合治理。治理工程结果表明,治理后的5个代表性剖面最小安全系数均达到安全生产需求,且半年内边坡未出现明显位移和沉降。该治理技术有效保证了波格拉金矿采矿作业的安全。

     

    Abstract: Slope stability guarantees open-pit mining safety. The paper analyzes cause of western slope sliding in Bogela open-pit mine according its status, and puts forward treatment technology correspondingly. The local sliding of the low plastic silty clay rock mud in the western slope rock mass is the main cause of large-area sliding. With the implement at ion of the "slope plastic + slope sealing + ravine leveling and current conduction + anti-filter slope pavement + slope bottom stabilization + internal slope drainage", and following the treatment principle of from upper to lower, the study carries out comprehensive treatment according to zones and stages. The treatment results show that among the 5 typical treatment sections, the minimum safety coefficient all reaches the requirement of safe production, within half a year, slopes have no obvious displacement and subsidence. The treatment technology effectively ensures the operation safety in Bogela Gold Mine.
