Abstract:
In order to realize the standard emission of cyanide-containing wastewater from copper beneficiation, and effectively recover valuable metals, hydrogen peroxide catalytic oxidation and activated carbon adsorption combined treatment is carried out and the experimental conditions are optimized. The results show that when pH is 10, hydrogen oxide dosage is 25 m L/L, agitation speed is 200 r/min, reaction time is 120 min, modified activated carbon dosage is 20 g/L, the cyanide removal rate can reach as high as 99.91%, copper removal rate 98.83%, gold recovery rate 95.56% and gold grade of loaded carbon 0.022 mg/g. The study effectively solves water recycling fatigue and can be used as reference by industrial application.
