某黄金矿山氰渣脱氰试验研究

Experimental study on cyanide removal from cyanide tailings of a gold mine

  • 摘要: 某黄金矿山生产过程中产生大量氰渣,存在安全风险和环境风险,需将其含有的总氰化合物处理至HJ745—2015《土壤 氰化物和总氰化物的测定 分光光度法》的检出限(0.04 mg/kg)以下。讨论了传统氧化法、联合处理工艺等氰渣脱氰方法,其中氰渣调浆+OOT法+PAM法联合工艺处理效果符合要求。最佳处理参数为氰渣(矿浆浓度约为40%)压滤后,滤饼(含水率约为20%)调浆液固比5∶1, OOT药剂用量0.4 g/kg干矿,PAM用量2.0 g/kg,PAM反应时间2 h时,处理后滤渣中的总氰化合物达到目标要求。

     

    Abstract: A large amount of cyanide tailings are produced in the production process of a gold mine, which have safety and environmental risks. The total cyanide compounds contained in the tailings need to be treated to below the detection limit (0.04 mg/kg) of HJ745—2015 "Soil - Determination of cyanide and total cyanide - Spectrophotometric method". The cyanide removal methods such as traditional oxidation method and combined treatment process were discussed. The combined process of cyanide tailings slurry + OOT method + PAM method met the requirements. The optimal treatment parameters were: after pressure filtration of cyanide tailings (pulp concentration about 40 %), the filter cake (moisture content about 20 %) was slurried with a liquid-solid ratio of 5:1, OOT reagent dosage 0.4 g/kgdry ore, PAM dosage 2.0 g/kg, PAM reaction time 2 h. After treatment, the total cyanide compounds in the filter residue reached the target requirement.
