Abstract:
Experimental study on the beneficiation of a microfine disseminated gold-bearing ore with little sulfide was carried out, and all-sliming cyanidation, ultrafine grinding CIL and flotation indexes were explored. The results show that all-sliming cyanidation and ultrafine grinding CIL processes have very low gold leaching rates, 4.04 % at most, so they are not suitable for treating the ore; under optimal experimental conditions, the closed-circuit test of flotation obtains good index: the gold grade of gold concentrates is 27.35 g/t, gold recovery rate is 90.63 %. The study provides reference for choosing process flow sheets for the type of ores.
