Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of low beneficiation index in the flotation process of a refractory gold ore containing arsenic and antimony in Gansu, the process mineralogy of the ore was studied. On this basis, experimental studies on gravity separation, flotation, middlings regrinding and re-separation, and tailings cyanide leaching were carried out, and finally a combined process flow of Nelson gravity separation-middlings regrinding and re-separation-tailings cyanide leaching was formed. Using this process, the gold grade of concentrate can reach 50.05 g/t, and the comprehensive gold recovery rate can reach 93.89%. Compared with the single flotation process, the gold recovery rate of the combined process is increased by more than 30 percentage points, providing a feasible technical scheme for the transformation of the on-site process flow.
