甘肃某含砷锑难处理金矿选矿试验研究

Experimental study on beneficiation of a refractory gold ore containing arsenic and antimony in Gansu

  • 摘要: 针对甘肃某含砷锑难处理金矿现场浮选过程中选别指标低的问题,开展了矿石工艺矿物学研究。在此基础上,进行了重选、浮选、中矿再磨再选、尾矿氰化浸出等试验研究,最终形成了尼尔森重选—中矿再磨再选—尾矿氰化浸出的联合工艺流程。采用该流程,精矿金品位可达50.05 g/t,金综合回收率可达93.89%。较单一浮选工艺流程,该联合工艺流程的金回收率提高30百分点以上,为现场工艺流程改造提供了可行的技术方案。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of low beneficiation index in the flotation process of a refractory gold ore containing arsenic and antimony in Gansu, the process mineralogy of the ore was studied. On this basis, experimental studies on gravity separation, flotation, middlings regrinding and re-separation, and tailings cyanide leaching were carried out, and finally a combined process flow of Nelson gravity separation-middlings regrinding and re-separation-tailings cyanide leaching was formed. Using this process, the gold grade of concentrate can reach 50.05 g/t, and the comprehensive gold recovery rate can reach 93.89%. Compared with the single flotation process, the gold recovery rate of the combined process is increased by more than 30 percentage points, providing a feasible technical scheme for the transformation of the on-site process flow.
