泵送减水剂对全尾砂−废石胶结充填体单轴抗压强度和流动性能的影响

Effect of pumping water-reducing agents on uniaxial compressive strength and flow performance of full tailing and waste rock cemented backfill

  • 摘要: 针对金川镍矿二矿区采场存在充填体单轴抗压强度分布不均及粗骨料高浓度胶结充填质量差的问题,开展了泵送减水剂种类和掺量对全尾砂−废石胶结充填体单轴抗压强度和振动扩散度的影响试验研究。分析了废石和尾砂的物化特性和颗粒级配,采用金川镍矿二矿区全尾砂−废石胶结充填系统工业生产中的技术参数,开展了不同养护龄期下添加泵送减水剂的充填体单轴抗压强度和振动扩散度测试研究,分别研究了不同种类减水剂和不同掺量对充填体性质的影响。研究结果显示,当添加0.3 %~1.2 %水泥掺量的泵送减水剂时,3 d、7 d和28 d单轴抗压强度均有显著提高,确定0.3 %水泥掺量的AK型脂肪族减水剂为比较合理的减水剂及掺量。

     

    Abstract: To address the issues of uneven distribution of uniaxial compressive strength in backfill and poor quality of high-density cemented backfill containing coarse aggregate in the stopes of the Second Mining District of Jinchuan Nickel Mine, experimental studies were conducted on the effects of the type and dosage of pumping water-reducing agents on the uniaxial compressive strength and vibration spreading degree of full tailings and waste rock cemented backfill. The physicochemical properties and particle size distributions of the waste rock and tailings were analyzed. The technical parameters from the industrial production of the full tailings and waste rock cemented backfill system at Jinchuan Nickel Mine were employed. Tests were conducted to investigate the uniaxial compressive strength and vibration spreading degree of the backfill with different dosages of pumping water-reducing agent under various curing ages. The influences of different types and dosages of water-reducing agents on the backfill properties were studied separately. The results indicate that when adding a pumping water-reducing agent with 0.3 %–1.2 % cement content, the 3 d, 7 d, and 28 d uniaxial compressive strengths are all significantly improved. The AK-type aliphatic water-reducing agent with 0.3 % cement content is determined to be a relatively reasonable addition amount.
