基于正交实验设计的某混合金矿石浮选试验研究

Experimental study on flotation of a mixed gold ore based on orthogonal experimental design

  • 摘要: 为高效回收硫化金矿和氧化金矿资源中的金,对山东某混合金矿石开展了工艺矿物学分析,并进行浮选正交实验,考察关键因素对浮选效果的影响,以确定最佳浮选工艺流程及指标。试验结果表明:各因素影响程度依次为硫酸铜用量>磨矿时间>起泡剂用量>捕收剂用量。硫酸铜用量和起泡剂用量对浮选效果均产生负面影响,捕收剂用量和磨矿时间在各自最佳范围内产生正面影响。在粗选磨矿细度−0.074 mm占比63.2 %、异戊基黄药80 g/t、黑药8 g/t、2号油20 g/t的条件下,采用“一次粗选、两次精选、三次扫选”浮选闭路试验流程,中矿循序返回,最终获得金品位为41.53 g/t、金回收率为94.23 %的金精矿,取得了良好的浮选技术指标。

     

    Abstract: To efficiently recover gold from sulfide and oxidized gold ore resources, a process mineralogy analysis was conducted on a mixed gold ore from Shandong Province, followed by orthogonal tests for flotation to investigate the influence of key factors on flotation performance and determine the optimal flotation process flow and indexes. The test results show that the degree of influence of each factor is as follows: copper sulfate dosage > grinding time > frother dosage > collector dosage. Copper sulfate dosage has a negative impact on flotation performance, while the frother provides limited improvement. In contrast, both collector dosage and grinding time exert positive effects when maintained within their respective optimal ranges. Under the conditions of grinding fineness of −0.074 mm accounting for 63.2 %, isoamyl xanthate of 80 g/t, aerofloat of 8 g/t, and 2# oil of 20 g/t, a closed-circuit process of "one roughing, two cleaning, and three scavenging stages" is adopted, with middlings returned sequentially. Ultimately, a flotation concentrate with a gold grade of 41.53 g/t and a gold recovery of 94.23 % is achieved. The test results achieve good technical indicators for flotation.
