基于Kaiser效应的地应力测量和岩爆倾向性研究

Ground stress measurement and rock burst proneness based on Kaiser effect

  • 摘要: 山东某地下金属矿山目前开采深度已超千米,已探明矿体埋深超2 000 m,为确保深部开拓工程的建成及深部资源的有效开发,以已完成施工的TK1#探矿孔作为研究对象,基于声发射技术进行了深部地应力测量,获取了不同深度的地应力数据,在此基础上开展了不同深度岩体的岩爆倾向性分级评价,分析岩爆发生的内在机制并探讨防治措施。结果显示:不同深度的地应力方向基本一致,矿区水平差应力相对大小较当地平均水平偏高,当埋深小于1 000 m时,地应力基本在35 MPa以下;当进入深部特别是超过1 600 m时,水平主应力超过50 MPa,岩爆风险等级为强烈岩爆。这表明,矿区水平构造应力明显,地应力和岩爆倾向性指标整体上呈现随深度增加而增大的趋势,在进行深部开采前需要采取相应的支护与应力释放等措施。

     

    Abstract: An underground metal mine in Shandong has a mining depth of more than 1 000 m, and the burial depth of proven ore bodies is more than 2 000 m. By taking the completed construction of the TK1# as the research object, a deep ground stress test was carried out based on the acoustic emission technique to obtain the ground stress data at different depths, aiming to ensure that the deep development project and deep resources are completely built and put into production. On this basis, the classification evaluation of rock burst proneness of rock bodies at different depths was conducted, with the intrinsic mechanism of rock bursts analyzed and preventive and control measures investigated. The results show that the direction of the ground stress at different depths is basically the same and the relative size of the horizontal differential stress in the mining area is larger than the local average. When the depth is less than 1 000 m, the ground stress value is basically under 35 MPa, while under larger depth, especially more than 1 600 m, the horizontal principal stress is more than 50 MPa, and the risk level of rock bursts is a strong rock burst. This shows that the horizontal tectonic stress in the mining area is obvious, and ground stress values and rock burst proneness indexes increase with the rising depth. Additionally, it is necessary to take corresponding measures such as support and stress relief before carrying out deep mining.
