浆骨比对3D打印混凝土挡墙材料打印性能的影响

Effect of paste-aggregate ratio on printing performance of 3D-printed concrete retaining wall materials

  • 摘要: 为探究浆骨比对含粗骨料3D打印混凝土挡墙材料打印性能的影响,采用ICAR混凝土流变仪测试了不同浆骨比条件下混凝土料浆的流变参数,系统分析了其影响规律与作用机理。采用自主研制的悬臂式混凝土3D打印装置,对不同浆骨比条件下的混凝土料浆开展了中试试验。结果表明:含粗骨料3D打印混凝土材料受浆骨比影响显著。低浆骨比条件下,材料的流动性差,时变性强,不利于材料的泵送与挤出,且因过早失去可塑性而出现塑性黏度急剧下降的现象;而浆骨比过高会导致混凝土料浆中自由水增多,易引发材料垮塌与离析,影响充填挡墙结构的成形效果;为确保3D打印混凝土挡墙材料具备良好的打印性能,建议将浆骨比控制在1.1~1.2。研究成果可为3D打印技术在井下充填挡墙构筑中的应用提供理论支撑。

     

    Abstract: To study the effect of paste-aggregate ratio on the printing performance of 3D-printed concrete retaining wall materials containing coarse aggregate, the rheological parameters of concrete slurry under different paste-aggregate ratios were tested by ICAR rheometer, and the influence law and mechanism were systematically analyzed. In addition, a self-developed cantilever concrete 3D printing device was used to carry out a pilot test on concrete slurry under different paste-aggregate ratios. The results show that the 3D-printed concrete material containing coarse aggregate is significantly affected by the paste-aggregate ratio. Under the condition of low paste-aggregate ratio, the fluidity of the material is poor, and the time-dependent behavior is strong, which is not conducive to the pumping and extrusion of the material, and the plastic viscosity decreases sharply due to the premature loss of plasticity. The high paste-aggregate ratio will lead to the increase of free water in the concrete slurry, which is easy to cause the collapse and segregation of the material and affects the forming effect of the retaining wall structure. In order to ensure the printing performance of 3D-printed concrete retaining wall materials, it is recommended to control the paste-aggregate ratio in the range of 1.1–1.2. The research results will provide theoretical support for the application of 3D printing technology in the construction of underground filling retaining wall.
