矿山个性化膏体充填

Personalized paste backfill in mines

  • 摘要: 膏体充填技术是保障国家矿产资源安全、践行“两山”理论的关键支撑技术之一,然而传统粗放式、经验型、全矿均质化的膏体充填设计,难以满足复杂开采条件下采空区空间差异化、功能差异化和环境约束差异化的工程需求。针对以上问题,提出个性化膏体充填,以膏体性能差异化需求、膏体材料精准化定制为核心,通过识别不同采空区与工况条件的性能指标,结合固废矿物指纹特征,实现膏体充填材料的多目标定向调控。详细介绍了膏体性能差异化、膏体材料精准化定制等内容。其中,膏体性能差异化需求主要包括力学性能、输送性能、固结成型、环境安全、低碳减排等方面,膏体材料精准化定制包括原料体系识别、材料结构优化、胶凝体系构建、功能组分引入、全过程调控等内容。指出未来可在采空区需求识别、固废矿物指纹解析、材料配方智能决策、系统动态调控方法等方面加大研究力度,以推动膏体充填向精细化、智能化、定制化方向高质量发展。

     

    Abstract: Paste backfill technology is one of the key supporting technologies to ensure national mineral resource security and implement the Two Mountains Theory. Nevertheless, the traditional extensive, experience-dependent, and mine-wide homogenized paste backfill design fails to satisfy the engineering requirements of goafs in terms of spatial difference, functional difference, and environmental constraint difference under complex mining conditions. To solve the above problems, the concept of personalized paste backfill was proposed. Taking differentiated paste performance requirements and precise customization of paste materials as the core, it achieved multi-objective directional regulation of paste backfill materials by identifying performance indexes of different mining areas and working conditions and combining mineral fingerprint characteristics of solid wastes. This paper elaborated the differentiated performance requirements of paste and precise customization of paste materials. The differentiated performance requirements of paste mainly cover mechanical properties, pipeline transport performance, consolidation forming performance, environmental safety, low carbon and emission reduction, and other aspects. The precise customization of paste materials involves raw material system identification, material structure optimization, cementitious system construction, functional component addition, and whole-process quality control. It is indicated that future research should be strengthened in goaf demand identification, solid waste mineral fingerprint analysis, intelligent decision-making of material proportioning, and system dynamic regulation methods, so as to promote the high-quality development of paste backfill towards refinement, intelligence, and customization.
