全尾砂膏体早强复合充填材料配比试验研究

Experimental study on mix proportion of early-strength composite filling materials of full tailings paste

  • 摘要: 为提高矿山充填体的早期强度并降低充填成本,以全尾砂为主要原料,系统开展了膏体早强复合充填材料的配比试验。通过分析全尾砂的物理与化学性质,评估了4种早强剂与全尾砂膏体的匹配性,并采用正交实验优化了复合胶凝材料的配比。研究结果表明:HY-3型早强剂对提升早期强度效果最佳,添加量为1 %时,3 d单轴抗压强度可提高约50 %;在无激发剂条件下,熟料与矿粉的协同作用可显著提升后期强度;含激发剂体系中,c4配方(熟料45 %+矿粉40 %+生石灰10 %+元明粉5 %)在灰砂比1∶6、料浆浓度76 %条件下,3 d、7 d和28 d单轴抗压强度分别达到2.06 MPa、4.70 MPa和7.70 MPa,满足矿山假底强度要求,且可实现低成本替代传统水泥充填材料。研究结果可为矿山低成本、高强度与高效率充填提供可靠的技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Mix proportion experiments were conducted on early-strength composite filling materials by employing full tailings as the main raw material to enhance the early strength of mine backfill and reduce filling costs. The physical and chemical properties of the full tailings were analyzed, and the compatibility of four types of early-strength agents with full tailings paste was evaluated, with the mix proportions of composite cementitious materials optimized by orthogonal experiments. The results show that the HY-3 early-strength agent performs best in improving early strength, increasing the 3-day strength by approximately 50 % at a dosage of 1 %. Without activators, the synergistic effect of clinker and mineral powder significantly enhances later-stage strength. In the system containing activators, the c4 formulation (45 % clinker + 40 % mineral powder + 10 % quicklime + 5 % anhydrous sodium sulfate) achieves the 3-day, 7-day, and 28-day compressive strength of 2.06 MPa, 4.70 MPa, and 7.70 MPa respectively under the cement-sand ratio of 1∶6 and slurry concentration of 76 %. This meets the mine’s false bottom strength requirement and enables low-cost replacement of traditional cement-based filling materials. The results can provide reliable technical support for low-cost, high-strength, and high-efficiency mine filling.
