某含砷含碳高泥化微细浸染型金矿石浮选试验研究

Flotation test research on high-sliming micro-disseminated gold ore with arsenic and carbon

  • 摘要: 某含砷含碳高泥化微细浸染型金矿石组成复杂、嵌布粒度微细。在处理该矿石过程中,长期存在金回收率偏低、金精矿产率过高、金品位偏低等技术难题,选矿指标不佳严重制约企业经济效益,导致生产经营面临较大困境。为破解生产瓶颈,针对该矿石开展了系统浮选试验研究,优化分选工艺与药剂制度。试验创新采用闪速浮选工艺,优先浮出可浮性优良的硫化物矿物,减少有用矿物流失;同时,选用高效复合抑制剂,有效分散细磨矿浆中泥化脉石矿物,抑制脉石矿物杂质夹带富集。在保障稳定金回收率的基础上,显著降低金精矿产率、提升金品位,最终获得了金回收率82.43 %、金精矿产率13.63 %、金品位17.84 g/t的优异选矿回收指标。研究确定的最佳工艺条件与创新性高效药剂制度,针对性地解决了生产难题,为现场工业生产提供了可靠技术支撑,有效改善了选矿技术指标与企业经营效益。

     

    Abstract: A high-sliming micro-disseminated gold ore with arsenic and carbon is characterized by complex mineral assemblages and fine-grained dissemination. Its treatment has long caused persistent technical issues including low gold recovery, excessive concentrate yield, and depressed concentrate grade. Poor mineral processing performance severely restricts the economic benefits of the enterprise, leading to significant difficulties in production and operation. To address these production bottlenecks, systematic flotation tests were conducted on this ore to optimize the separation process and reagent scheme. The research innovatively employed flash flotation to preferentially recover sulfide minerals with superior floatability, minimizing the loss of valuable minerals. Concurrently, high-performance composite depressants were applied to effectively disperse slime gangue minerals in finely ground slurry and suppress the entrainment and enrichment of gangue impurities. On the basis of maintaining stable gold recovery, the gold concentrate yield was substantially reduced, and the gold grade was remarkably enhanced. Optimum indicators were obtained with gold recovery of 82.43 %, concentrate yield of 13.63 %, and concentrate grade of 17.84 g/t. The optimized process conditions and innovative high-efficiency reagent scheme provide targeted solutions to on-site problems, deliver reliable technical support for industrial production, and significantly improve the mineral processing technical indices and the economic benefits of the enterprise.
