矿山企业离退休人员档案管理探析

摘要: 档案管理工作作为企业经营管理、人事变动的重要依据，对于企业的发展有着十分重要的意义。随着中国社会老龄化问题越来越突出，企业离退休人员的档案管理工作变得越来越重要，尤其是对于矿山企业来说，做好离退休人员的档案管理工作更为关键。分析了矿山企业离退休人员档案管理存在的问题，指出了档案管理工作的意义，提出了完善档案管理工作的途径，为矿山企业做好离退休人员的档案管理工作提供参考。

Abstract: The archive management plays a very important role in enterprise development as important basis for enterprise running and management and personnel change.With more prominent population aging,the emeritus and retired personnel archive management is becoming more and more important,especially for mining enterprises where good emeritus and retired personnel archive management is vital.The paper analyzed the problems facing the emeritus and retired personnel archive management in mining enterprises,pointed that the significance of archive management and proposed the way to perfect archive management.The study has provided mining enterprises the reference to do better emeritus and retired personnel archive management.
