Abstract: China’s economic development has entered a New Normal phase,and with it,central government owned enterprises have turned from a high-speed development stage to a high-quality development stage.In a period of transformation integrating technological and industrial revolutions,the treasury management system supported by informatization undoubtedly is the new engine that drives the high-quality development of central government owned enterprises.The paper states the origin and evolution of treasury management,and on the case study of China National Gold Group Co.,Ltd.,in detail introduces its exploration history,as well as the route and direction to further construct the treasury management system.
