智利某难处理含砷铜金精矿综合回收金银铜技术研究

Comprehensive recovery technology for gold, silver, and copper from a difficult‑to‑process arsenic‑bearing copper-gold concentrate from a Chilean mine

    智利某矿山选矿厂产出的含砷铜金精矿采用单一直接氰化法处理,金、银浸出率分别为 83.86 %、76.19 %,且铜不能有效回收;采用焙烧—酸浸—氰化浸出,金、银浸出率分别为94.20 %、 81.98 %,铜浸出率为83.38 %,金、银、铜回收效果还有待提高。经系统试验,最终确定采用强化氰 化浸出金、银—氰化尾渣浮选回收铜—浮选尾矿两段焙烧—焙烧渣酸浸回收铜—酸浸渣氰化浸出 金、银工艺流程,金、银、铜综合回收率分别达到98.95 %、97.90 %、92.41 %,实现了难处理含砷铜金 精矿中有价元素的高效综合回收,可为该类型金精矿资源的分选回收提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract:

    The arsenic‐bearing copper-gold concentrate produced by the beneficiation plant of a Chilean mine was treated using a single direct cyanidation method, with gold and silver leaching rates of 83.86 % and 76.19 %, respectively, while copper could not be effectively recovered. The use of roasting-acid leaching-cyanidation resulted in gold and silver leaching rates of 94.20 % and 81.98 %, respectively, and a copper leaching rate of 83.38 %. However, the recovery of gold, silver, and copper still needs to be improved. Through systematic experiments, the process flow is finalized, which involves enhanced cyanide leaching for gold and silver, flotation recovery of copper from cyanide tailings, two‐stage roasting, acid leaching to recover copper, and cyanide leaching of acid leaching residues for gold and silver. The comprehensive recovery rates for gold, silver, and copper reach 98.95 %, 97.90 %, and 92.41 %, respectively. This process achieves efficient comprehensive recovery of valuable elements from difficult‐to‐process arsenic‐bearing copper-gold concentrates and can serve as a reference for the sorting and recovery of such types of gold concentrates.
