新型环保浸金剂在长山壕金矿的柱浸试验研究

Column leaching experiment for a new environment-friendly gold leaching reagent in Changshanhao Gold Mine

  • 摘要: 随着环保标准不断提高,黄金矿山企业生产压力日趋增大,采用低毒、无毒新型环保浸金剂替代氰化钠成为必然趋势。通过柱浸试验,考察了多种新型环保浸金剂对长山壕金矿矿石的浸出效果。结果表明:CG505整体优于1号浸金剂和2号浸金剂,其浸出指标最接近氰化钠,且环境友好,可减轻矿山生产经营压力,较适合应用于长山壕金矿。

     

    Abstract: With more demanding national environmental protection standards,the use of low-toxic and non-toxic environment-friendly gold leaching reagent to replace sodium cyanide in gold mines whose production pressure has been increasing is inevitable.Through column leaching test,the leaching effect of various new environment-friendly gold leaching reagent on leaching of the gold ore in Changshanhao Gold Mine was examined.The results show that CG505 generally is better than No.1 and No.2 gold leaching reagent,and its leaching index is the closest to that of sodium cyanide.Besides,it is environment-friendly,can mitigate the pressure of mine production and is suitable for the application in Changshanhao Gold Mine.
