Abstract: Grinding operation is a very important link in the operation of ore-dressing plants.The investment is big and the energy consumption is high.The cost of grinding accounts for much of the operation of ore-dressing plants.So it is significant for ore-dressing plants to lower grinding fineness,improve grinding performance and increase grinding indexes.ALCmill is a fine grinding equipment for mines and has the advantages of selective grinding,narrow distribution of product grain size,grinding effect of the open circuit as good as that of closed circuit,and high efficiency of grinding fineness.The equipment is widely used in metal mines and gold smelting at home and abroad and achieves good application performance.The paper introduced the structural characteristics,mechanism,main parameters,type selection method,typical application fields,and application cases,providing references for the selection and application of fine grinding equipment.
