汞在生物氧化—炭浸工艺中行为研究

  • 摘要: 汞在选冶过程中,赋存状态和化学相态发生转化,会以单质汞、汞离子等形式分布在各工序中。通过流程考查和物相分析等,揭示了汞在全选冶流程中的转化过程。在碎磨、浮选、生物氧化工序中,矿石中汞主要以辰砂形式存在于固相中;进入炭浸工序,汞会发生固-液相迁移,汞、汞盐与氰化物发生反应生成汞氰络合物,使氰化钠用量增加,而活性炭易吸附溶液中汞氰络合物,造成活性炭“汞中毒”,导致金回收率降低。针对汞对金回收率影响和环境危害,提出应对措施,为类似矿山企业提供技术参考。

     

    Abstract: In the beneficiation and smelting process,mercury in the ore undergoes transformations in its state of occurrence and chemical phase,existing in various forms such as elemental mercury and mercury ions throughout the process.Through process investigation and phase analysis,the transformation process of mercury in the entire beneficiation and smelting process is revealed.In the stages of crushing and grinding,flotation,and bio-oxidation,mercury mainly exists in the form of cinnabar in the solid phase of the ore.Upon entering the CIL stage,mercury undergoes solid-liquid phase migration.Mercury and mercury salts react with cyanide to form mercury cyanide complexes,leading to an increase in sodium cyanide consumption.Furthermore,activated carbon easily adsorbs the mercury cyanide complexes in the solution,resulting in mercury poisoning of the activated carbon and a decrease in the gold recovery rate.In response to the impact of mercury on gold recovery rate and environmental hazards,countermeasures are proposed to provide technical references for similar enterprises.
