非洲某氧化型金矿重选—浸出工艺研究

Research of gravity-leaching process of an oxidized gold ore in Africa

  • 摘要: 非洲几内亚某氧化型金矿石中金以微细粒形式嵌布于脉石矿物裂隙,针对该矿石性质特点,在阶段磨矿的基础上,采用重选—浸出工艺,获得了较好指标:金总回收率达到96.60 %,其中尼尔森重选可获得金品位129.82 g/t、金回收率62.03 %的精矿;重选尾矿经环保浸出剂浸出,尾矿金品位降至0.12 g/t,金浸出率34.58 %。研究结果为中资企业开发利用境外矿产资源提供了技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: The gold in a certain oxidized gold ore in Guinea,Africa,is distributed in the fissure of gangue minerals in the form of fine particles.According to the ore property,a gravity-leaching process is carried out based on stage grinding and has achieved good index:the total recovery of gold is 96.60 %;gold concentrate with a grade of 129.82 g/t and a recovery of 62.03 % can be obtained by Nelson gravity separation;the gold grade in the tailings from gravity separation is reduced to 0.12 g/t after environment-friendly agent leaching,and the gold leaching rate is 34.58 %.The research results provide technical support for the development and utilization of overseas resources for Chinese enterprises.
