深部阶段矿房层状板岩上盘长锚索预支护技术及应用

Long bolt cable pre-support of the upper wall of layered slate in deep stage ore rooms and its application

  • 摘要: 随着矿山开采往深部延伸,地压逐渐增强,致使深部层状板岩等复杂构造围岩下采场地压管理困难,导致采场生产效率无法提高等一系列深部开采难题。根据深部矿体上盘围岩实际地质情况,结合长锚索支护理论及普氏理论,提出了一种用于矿体上盘层状板岩预支护加固处理的长锚索支护技术,并根据现场实际情况进行了长锚索设计,如长锚索锚固力大小、锚固段长度、顶板长锚索支护参数及上盘沿矿体倾向长锚索支护参数等。该技术在新城金矿试验采场的应用,不仅对保障深部矿房安全开采具有重要意义,而且极大地提高了矿块的生产效率。

     

    Abstract: With the extension of mining to the deep,the ground pressure increases gradually,which makes it difficult to manage the stope ground pressure under the complex structural surrounding rocks such as deep layered slate and results in a series of problems in deep mining,for example,the production efficiency of stope can not be improved.According to the actual geological conditions of the surrounding rock in the upper wall of the deep ore body,based on the long bolt cable support theory and Platts theory,a long bolt cable support technology is put forward for the pre-support and reinforcement of the layered slate on the upper wall of the ore body.The long bolt cable is designed according to the actual situation,such as the bolting force of the long bolt cable,the length of the bolting section,the support para-meters of the long bolt cable on roof and the support parameters of the long bolt cable along ore body inclination on upper wall and so on.The application of the technology in the test stope of the mining area not only is of great significance in ensuring the safe mining of the deep ore room,but also greatly improves the production efficiency of the ore block.
