高原矿井通风参数及风机选型研究与应用

Study of ventilation parameters and fan selection and its application in underground mines on plateau

  • 摘要: 高原环境的特殊性,致使高原矿井通风系统具有空气低压缺氧、进风温湿度低、电动机有效功率低等特点,高原矿井通风系统参数及风机参数都与平原地区不同。在分析高原矿井通风系统问题的基础上,研究了高原矿井通风系统参数及风机参数,结合高原矿山通风参数调整的工程实例,对风机进行了选型设计计算和工程应用。通过工程现场检测,风机实际运行工况与设计计算工况相符,验证了参数调整和风机选型的有效性。

     

    Abstract: Due to the particularity of the plateau environment,underground ventilation systems on plateau have the characteristics of low air pressure and insufficient oxygen,low inflow air temperature and humidity,low effective power of the motor,and the parameters of underground ventilation systems and fans on plateau are different from those of the plain area.Based on the analysis of the problems for underground ventilation systems on plateau,the parameters of underground ventilation systems and fans on plateau are studied.Based on the adjustment of underground ventilation parameters on plateau in engineering practice,the fan selection is designed,calculated and applied industrially.The on-site industrial test shows that the actual operation status of the fan is consistent with the design and calculation,verifying the effectiveness of parameter adjustment and fan selection.
