Abstract: A large number of cyanide tailings are produced in the process of gold extraction by cyanidation.The treatment of cyanide tailings has become one of the main problems in gold industry.After detoxification treatment of cyanidation tailings,the cyanidation tailings are backfilled in the underground goaf by paste filling technology,which provides a new idea for the treatment of cyanidation tailings.The paper in detail introduces the current status of cyanide tailings backfill in gold mines,analyzes standards for underground backfill with cyanide tailings and the technology of cyanide tailings treatment before they are backfilled at home and abroad.At the same time,the safety,reliability and advantages of cyanide tailings backfill in underground mines are explored.Hopefully,the research can be used as reference for the application of cyanide tailings backfill.
