Abstract:
The gold deposit in the Guocheng Region is located in the northeastern margin of the Jiaolai Basin, and it is an important part of the Muping-Jimo metallogenic belt. The paper summarized the geological and geochemical characteristics of typical gold deposits in the Guocheng region,Jiaodong, arrived that the sulfur source of the Guocheng gold deposits mainly derived from the mixing of the basement sulfur and mantle sulfur in Jiaolai basin, besides, the Jingshan group strata may also extract partial sulfur source during hydrothermal fluid migration; Radioactive lead isotopes indicate the lead isotopic compositions of gold deposits in the Guocheng Region are relatively homogeneous, the ore-forming materials mainly derived from the upper mantle and mixed with a small amount of lead from the crust; Hydrogen and oxygen isotopes indicate that ore-forming hydrothermal fluids of gold deposits primarily derived from magmatic water and partly from meteoric water.Based on the metallogenic age of Guocheng gold deposits 110-119 Ma,the paper considered that this region belongs to a large-scale Yanshan metallogenic epoch during the Mesozoic tectonic transition period, and belongs to the product of lithospheric thinning.
