含金银铜硫精矿综合回收试验研究

Experimental research of comprehensive recovery of sulfur concentrate containing gold,silver and copper

  • 摘要: 以某含金银铜复杂硫精矿为研究对象,进行了沸腾炉焙烧—酸浸—氰化浸出联合流程研究,考察了焙烧、烧渣除杂及金、银浸出等作业条件。结果表明:采用沸腾炉焙烧—酸浸—氰化浸出联合流程,可综合回收各有价元素;在最佳工艺条件下,焙烧硫回收率97.57 %,酸浸铜浸出率66.45 %、硫浸出率88.28 %、砷浸出率50.70 %,氰化浸出金浸出率89.61 %、银浸出率43.74 %;酸浸渣金品位5.10 g/t、银品位20.53 g/t、铁品位65.58 %,试验指标较好;酸浸液可进一步回收有价元素。

     

    Abstract: The paper takes a sulfur concentrate containing gold,silver and copper as the research subject,studies the joint flowsheet of boiling furnace roasting-acid leaching-cyanidation leaching,investigates the operations such as roasting,impurity removal from calcines,and gold and silver leaching.The results show that the joint flowsheet of boiling furnace roasting-acid leaching-cyanidation leaching can comprehensively recover each valuable element;under optimal process parameters,sulfur recovery rate by roasting is 97.57 %,copper leaching rate by acid leaching is 66.45 %,sulfur leaching rate is 88.28 %,arsenic leaching rate is 50.70 %,gold leaching rate by cyanidation leaching is 89.61 %,silver leaching rate is 43.74 %;gold grade in acid leaching residue is 5.10 g/t,silver grade is 20.53 g/t,iron grade is 65.58 %,the index is good;acid leaching solution can be used to further recover valuable elements.
