基于可视化探测建模的主溜井变形特征分析

Deformation characteristics analysis of main pass based on visualized detection modeling

  • 摘要: 主溜井是矿山生产系统的咽喉,是矿(废)石最重要的转运、储存通道,其井壁一旦遭受破坏必然影响溜井功能的正常发挥,继而发生溜井堵塞现象。针对湖北三鑫公司主溜井坍塌变形的实况,采用C-ALS钻孔式三维激光扫描仪对主溜井进行分段多水平扫描,实现了主溜井三维整体模型的快速创建,获得了主溜井内部空间的三维形态,对主溜井沿轴向、径向剖面的边界变化开展可视化计算,获取了溜井井筒分段坍塌量、水平截面坍塌量、水平截面长轴及短轴长度等井筒变形特征。结合生产实际分析认为,溜井井壁频繁的扩大-收缩变形、断面形态异化增加井壁阻力是导致溜井堵塞的主要原因之一。

     

    Abstract: The main pass is the throat of the mine production system and the most important transportation and storage channel for ore(waste rock).Once the wall of the main pass is destroyed,the normal function of the pass will be affected,and then the blockage of the pass will occur.In light of the collapse and deformation incurred by the main pass in Sanxin Company of Hubei Province,this research realized the rapid establishment of three-dimensional integral model of main pass by means of sectioned and multi-level scanning with C-ALS drilling three-dimensional laser scanner,and obtained the three-dimensional shape of internal space of main pass,carried out visualized calculation of the boundary changes of main pass along the axial and radial sections,and obtained the pass bore subsection collapse volume,horizontal section collapse volume,horizontal section long axis and short axis length and other bore deformation characteristics.Based on the analysis of production practice,it is considered that the wall resistance increase due to frequent expansion-shrinkage deformation and alienation of cross-section shape is one of the main reasons leading to the blockage of the pass.
