Abstract: Shared financial service has been promoted and applied by all kinds of market economic entities in China as a precursor of shared service and an important means to accelerate the management of reform and innovation and to lower management cost,generating a lot of localized business practice.Based on the exploration of the shared financial service reform plan of China Gold Group,the paper proposed the idea and measures the trade section of China Gold Group to advance the organization of shared financial service,analyzed the difficulties and offered suggestions.The discussion can be used as reference for pilot shared financial service of mining groups.
