3D硬金产品物性分析及测定方法对比

Physical property analysis and detection method comparison for 3D hard gold products

  • 摘要: 采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪和TG-DSC综合热分析仪等手段,研究了3D硬金产品的物理性能,并对比了X射线荧光光谱法、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法及火试金灰吹法等3种方法对3D硬金产品中金量测定结果的差异。结果表明:由于方法原理不同,导致同一硬金产品采用不同方法测定时的结果差异较大,测定结果呈现出X射线荧光光谱法>电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法>火试金灰吹法,推荐采用火试金灰吹法测定。

     

    Abstract: The physical property of 3D hard gold products is analyzed by means of metalloscope,SEM,EDS and TG-DSC comprehensive thermal analyzer.The results of 3 methods,namely X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry and fire assay cupellation,are compared.The results show that due to the different mechanism of each method,the results differ greatly for the same hard gold product by different detection methods,in the way X-ray fluorescence spectrometry>inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry>fire assay cupellation.It is recommended that the fire assay cupellation method be used for the detection.
