塞尔维亚某铜金矿床品位控制过程研究——以-85 m分层为例

Study on the grade control process of a copper gold deposit in Serbia——A case study of -85 m level

  • 摘要: 某铜金矿床是塞尔维亚境内的大型矿床,保有矿石量约4 000万t,铜金属量约120万t,金金属量约78 t,-140 m标高以上采用的采矿方法为进路充填采矿法。以-85 m分层为例,对采矿进路和穿脉等井下工程进行地质编录和取样工作,构建品控模型,精确控制UHG、HG、LG矿体边界,对比分析品控模型和资源模型之间的差异,论述了开展品位控制具有指导采矿和选矿作业、优化采矿工程设计、节省采矿成本等意义,提出了矿山未来品位控制工作的思路和方法,为该矿山未来生产工作奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: A copper gold deposit is a large deposit in Serbia,with an ore reserve of about 40 million tons,copper metal about 1.2 million tons and gold metal about 78 t.The mining method for above -140 m elevation is approach cut-and-fill mining method.In the case study of -85 m level,logging and sampling in underground projects such as the mining approach and transverse drift are carried out,and grade control model is constructed that precisely controls the boundaries of UHG,HG and LG ore bodies.The paper compares and analyzes the differences between the grade control model and the resource model,and discusses the significance of grade control in guiding mining and processing,optimizing mining engineering design and saving mining costs.Based on that,the paper put forward the ideas and methods for future grade control work in the mine,laying the foundation for future production and geology work of the mine.
