某矿山浮选药剂制度优化试验与应用

Optimization of the flotation reagent regime in a gold mine and its application

  • 摘要: 某矿山由于矿石性质的变化,硫含量不断升高,对浮选指标造成了一定的影响。为最大限度减少金属流失,降低尾矿品位,提高金回收率,进行了药剂制度优化试验研究。结果表明:在新型高效捕收剂用量130 g/t及优化的最佳药剂制度下,生产中可获得金品位21.40 g/t,金回收率85.26 %的金精矿,相比药剂制度优化前,在原矿金品位有所降低的情况下,金回收率提高了0.96百分点,尾矿金品位降低了0.03 g/t,且大幅节省了药剂成本,经济效益良好。

     

    Abstract: Due to the ore property change,the sulfur content rises,imposing certain effect on the flotation index.To save metal loss to the maximum extent,reduce tailings grade and improve gold recovery rate,the test on reagent regime optimization is carried out.The results show that with the dosage of new type efficient collector being 130 g/t and optimized reagent regime,the gold grade in the gold concentrate that can be obtained in the production is 21.40 g/t and the gold recovery rate is 85.26 %.Compared to the results before optimization,the gold recovery rate is increased by 0.96 percentage points,the gold grade in the tailings is reduced by 0.03 g/t considering the primary ore gold grade decreases.The reagent cost is greatly reduced and the economic profits are good.
