Abstract: With increasing scale and popularity of international mining investment,the investment hotspots area have been shifting to Central Asia,Africa,South America.Following this trend,Kyrgyzstan mining industry has seen rapid development.The investment scale,employee number,project scale have all seen leap-forward increase.The paper analyzed the favorable and restraining factors for Kyrgyzstan mining investment in terms of politics,economy,legislation,natural resources and human geography,and can be used as reference for Kyrgyzstan mining investment made by Chinese mining enterprises.
