某微细浸染型低品位难处理金矿石选矿工艺试验研究

Experimental study on dressing process of microfine disseminated low-grade refractory gold ore

  • 摘要: 云南镇沅某金矿选矿厂处理矿石为微细浸染型低品位难处理金矿石,由于入选矿石金品位降低,导致浮选指标不理想,金精矿金品位在25 g/t左右、金回收率在80 %左右。为进一步提高选别指标,进行了药剂制度和流程结构优化试验。结果表明:采用阶段磨浮、中矿再磨工艺流程,在优化的最佳药剂制度条件下,金精矿金品位大幅度提高到41.54 g/t,金回收率提高到89.46 %,指标较好,可为微细浸染型金矿石的处理提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The ore processed by a gold ore dressing plant in Zhenyuan,Yunnan,is microfine disseminated low-grade refractory gold ore.Due to the lower gold grade of the run-of-mine ore,the flotation index is not satisfactory.The grade of gold concentrate is around 25 g/t,the gold recovery rate is around 80 %.To further improve the separation index,the optimization test on reagent regime and process structure was carried out.The results show that under optimized optimal reagent regime,when the process of staged grinding and flotation and middling regrinding is used,the gold grade of gold concentrates greatly increases to 41.54 g/t,the gold recovery rate increases to 89.46 %,indicating good index,which can provide a reference for the treatment of microfine disseminated gold ore.
