电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定电铸硬金饰品中铊

Determination of Tl in electroformed hard gold jewelry by the Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy

  • 摘要: 3D硬金饰品制备过程中可能引入Tl元素,分析3D硬金饰品中Tl元素含量具有重要意义。实验采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法直接测定王水溶解后的3D硬金饰品金液,无需其他前处理操作。方法对3D硬金饰品中Tl元素的检出限为2.13 mg/kg,定量限为7.08 mg/kg。采用本方法测定市场上30批3D硬金饰品中的Tl,发现绝大多数样品未检出Tl元素,只有1批样品有Tl元素检出,且Tl元素含量较低。本方法的建立可为GB/T 28021—2011 《饰品有害元素的测定光谱法》中有害元素Tl检测方法的建立提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Since Tl may be introduced in the preparation process of 3D hard gold jewelry,it is of great significance to analyze the content of the Tl element in 3D hard gold jewelry.Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy  was used to directly analyze the 3D hard gold jewelry solution after aqua regia dissolution,other pre-operation is not needed.The detection limit of this method for Tl in 3D hard gold jewelry was 2.13 mg/kg,and the quantification limit was 7.08 mg/kg.The contents of Tl in 30 batches of 3D hard gold jewelry samples from the market were analyzed with the method,and it was found that the Tl contents in all samples were not detected but one,which only contained a low content.The establishment of this method can provide references to establish the harmful element T1 detection method in GB/T 28021-2011 Adornment-Determination of baneful elements-Method of spectrometry.
