火试金法测定首饰中金量

Determination of gold content in jewelry by fire assay

  • 摘要: 火试金法?舛ㄊ资沃薪鹆康挠跋煲蛩亟隙啵笛椴捎GB/T 9288—2006 《金合金首饰金含量的测定灰吹法(火试金法)》,考察了影响足金样品中金量检测结果的关键技术参数,并计算了方法的不确定度,分析了不确定度的主要来源。实验确定的最佳条件为银金质量比2.1,灰吹温度950 ℃,分金两次,每次30 min;扩展不确定度为0.42 ‰,最终测定结果为(996.94±0.42)‰(k=2);选用百万分之一天平进行称量,可有效降低结果的不确定度。

     

    Abstract: There are many factors influencing gold content determination in jewelry by fire assay.According to the national standard GB/T 9288-2006 Gold Alloy Jewelry,Gold Content Determination,Cupellation(Fire Assay),the paper investigated the key technical parameters that influence the gold content determination results of pure gold sample,calculated the uncertainty degree of the method,and analyzed the cause for the uncertainty.The test determined the optimal conditions:silver and gold mass ratio is 2.1,cupellation temperature is 950 ℃,gold splitting twice and each time for 30 min;expanded uncertainty is 0.42 ‰,and the final determination result is (996.94±0.42)‰(k=2);weighting in one-millionth scale can effectively reduce the result uncertainty.
