紫金山金铜矿单斗-卡车开采工艺系统可靠性研究

Research on reliability of single shovel-truck mining process system in Zijinshan Gold and Copper Mine

  • 摘要: 为提高露天开采工艺的可靠性和适应性,在确保生产能力完成的同时,降低生产成本,对单斗-卡车开采工艺系统可靠性进行分析,建立了单斗-卡车开采工艺系统可靠性模型。以紫金山金铜矿为例,对工艺系统设备故障率和维修率进行统计分析,最终确定开采工艺系统可靠度为0.973,研究成果为紫金山金铜矿工程公司考核管理、设备选型、开采工艺系统布置及生产运行保障提供了重要依据。

     

    Abstract: To improve the reliability and adaptability of the mining process and reduce production costs while ensure production capacity,the reliability of single shovel-truck mining process system is analyzed,and model of the reliability of single shovel-truck mining process system is established.With Zijinshan Gold and Copper Mine as the research subject,equipment failure rate and maintenance rate of the process system are statistically analyzed,and the final determination of the mining process system reliability is 0.973.The research results provide an important basis for engineering company assessment management,equipment selection,mining process system layout and production opera-tion guarantee of Zijinshan Gold and Copper Mine.
