老挝某含碳含砷金矿石选冶联合工艺试验研究

Experimental study on joint metallurgical process for a carbonaceous arsenious gold ore from Laos

  • 摘要: 针对老挝某含碳含砷金矿石性质,探索了炭浆浸出、原矿焙烧—焙砂浸出、浮选—浮选精矿焙烧—焙砂浸出、浮选碳精矿焙烧脱碳—生物氧化—浸出工艺。结果表明:相比其他3种工艺流程,该矿石适宜采用浮选—浮选精矿焙烧—焙砂浸出联合工艺处理,在试验条件下,获得的浮选精矿金回收率为95.16 %,焙砂金浸出率为88.60 %,全流程金总回收率为84.31 %。

     

    Abstract: Based on the property of a carbonaceous arsenious gold ore from Laos,the paper has explored the process of CIP leaching,run-of-mill ore roasting-roasting slag leaching,flotation-flotation concentrate roasting-roasting slag leaching,flotation carbon concentrate decarbonizing roasting-bio-oxidation-leaching.The results show that compared to the other 3 processes,the flotation-flotation concentrate roasting-roasting slag leaching joint process is more suitable for the ore.Under test conditions,the gold recovery rate of flotation concentrates is 95.16 %,the gold leaching rate of roasting slag leaching is 88.60 %,the gold total recovery rate of overall flowsheet is 84.31 %.
