Abstract: Taxation planning is beneficial to tax burden mitigation and profits maximization for enterprises.The paper introduces the connotation and role of taxation planning.Based on the case study of the taxation planning of Sanhe Gold Industry Company,the paper analyzes in detail the problems in taxation planning to financial management of mining enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures,providing basis for the improvement of financial management quality and level for enterprises.
