铅冶炼厂还原炉烟灰中铅锌超声波浸出分离试验

Ultrasound leaching and separation test of lead and zinc in reduction furnace soot of lead smeltery

  • 摘要: 铅冶炼厂还原炉烟灰中含有铅、锌等有价金属,其有效分离回收不仅节约资源,且可创造一定的经济效益。以冶炼过程中产生的污酸为浸出剂,对还原炉烟灰进行超声波浸出试验研究,并对试验条件进行了优化。结果表明:在以含35.5 %硫酸的污酸为浸出剂,固液比1∶5,搅拌速度400 r/min,浸出时间80 min,浸出温度100 ℃,超声波功率150 W条件下,铅、锌分离效果最佳,锌浸出率达95.43 %,酸浸渣中铅品位87.66 %。该研究为类似铅冶炼厂还原炉烟灰的回收利用及污酸的处理提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The reduction furnace soot in lead smeltery contains valuable metals like lead and zinc,the effective separation and recovery of them not only conserves resources but also creates certain economic profits.The study carries out experimental study on ultrasound leaching of reduction furnace with acidic wastewater from smelting as leaching agent,and the condition test is optimized.The results show that the separation effect of lead and zinc is best with zinc leaching rate reaching 95.43 % and lead grade in acidic residue 87.66 %,when the acidic wastewater containing 35.5 % sulfuric acid is used as leaching agent,the solid-liquid ratio is 1∶5,the stirring speed is 400 r/min,the leaching time is 80 min,the leaching temperature is 100 ℃,and the ultrasound power is 150 W.The study provides reference for similar lead smeltery in terms of reduction furnace soot recycling and acidic wastewater treatment.
