系统分析了金属矿山作业环境下防护口罩重复使用性能,结合金属矿山作业环境的特 殊性及防护需求,对常用矿山防护口罩材料与结构展开剖析,重点探讨了重复使用的可行性、挑战 及综合评价指标体系。结果表明,可重复使用口罩在经济性和环境效益上显著优于一次性口罩, 但需定期更换滤芯或滤棉,并加强面罩主体的清洁与维护,确保过滤效率和密封性。评价体系以 防护性能为核心,其次为使用性能,再次为卫生安全性能。未来研究聚焦于长效低阻过滤材料开 发、口罩智能维护提醒技术,以及基于实际工况的动态评价模型构建等方面。研究为矿山作业人 员选择与维护可重复使用口罩提供了科学依据,有助于降低尘肺病风险,推动矿山防护装备向高 效、经济、可持续方向发展。
Abstract:The reuse performance of protective masks in metal mine work environments was systematically analyzed. By considering the special nature of the mine work environment and the protection requirements, the commonly used materials and structures of protective masks for mines were analyzed. The feasibility, challenges, and comprehensive evaluation index system of reuse were mainly discussed. The results show that reusable masks have significantly better economic and environmental benefits than disposable masks. However, the filter elements or filter cotton need to be replaced regularly, and the mask body needs to be cleaned and maintained frequently to ensure the filtration efficiency and sealing performance. The evaluation system is centered on protective performance, followed by usage performance and then hygiene and safety performance. Future research focuses on the development of long‐lasting and low‐resistance filtering materials, intelligent maintenance reminder technology for masks, and the construction of dynamic evaluation models based on actual working conditions. The research provides a scientific basis for mine workers to choose and maintain reusable masks, helps to reduce the risk of pneumoconiosis, and promotes the development of protective equipment for mines towards efficient, economic, and sustainable directions.
