基于虚拟孔底距的孔口预留最大不装药长度的确定及应用

Determination and application of reserved maximum charge-free length in the blast hole based on virtual blast hole bottom space

  • 摘要: 某黄金矿山采用上向扇形中深孔爆破落矿时存在粉矿过多,眉线口及后排炮孔破坏严重等问题。通过理论分析和现场实践,提出了采用虚拟孔底距确定孔口预留最大不装药长度的方法,设计了2种预留长度的孔口间隔装药方案,并进行了现场工业试验。工业试验结果表明:采用孔口间隔装药方案二能够很好地解决现场爆破出现的问题,降低了孔口起爆药量,减轻了孔口爆破振动的影响,技术经济指标显著。归纳总结了经验公式,为确定孔口预留最大不装药长度提供了新的依据。

     

    Abstract: When a gold mine uses upward fan-shaped medium long hole blasting and caving method,the too many powdered ores are produced and the brow line and back row borehole are seriously damaged.Therefore,based on theoretical analysis and field practice,the method to determine reserved maximum charge-free length in the hole with virtual blast hole bottom space is proposed,2 hole spaced charging plans with reserved length are devised,and field industrial tests are carried out.Industrial tests show that the hole spaced charging plan No.2 can effectively solve the blasting problems in the field,reducing hole blasting explosive amount,mitigating the impact of hole blasting vibration and obtaining significant technical and economic index.Empirical formula is summarized,providing new basis for the determination of reserved maximum charge-free length in hole.
