火试金预富集-原子吸收光谱法测定文丘里泥中的金

Determination of gold in Venturi mud by fire assay preconcentration-atomic absorption spectrometry

  • 摘要: 准确测定文丘里泥中的金量对于指导生产具有重要意义。实验采用火试金预富集,建立了原子吸收光谱法测定文丘里泥中金的方法。通过对配料、灰吹损失、基体干扰等进行考察,确定配料为碳酸钠30 g,氧化铅80 g,二氧化硅8 g,硼砂10 g时,可获得性能优良的铅扣,灰吹过程中的金损失很小,且基体和杂质元素对金的测定不会造成影响。本方法测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3 %,加标回收率为99.5 %~100.5 %,适用于测定文丘里泥中的金,为生产提供数据支撑。

     

    Abstract: The accurate determination of gold content in Venturi mud is of great significance for guiding production.The study uses fire assay preconcentration to establish atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of gold in Venturi mud.The proportioning,cupellation loss and matrix interference were investigated,determining the proportioning to be sodium carbonate 30 g,lead oxide 80 g,silicon dioxide 8 g,borax 10 g,with which best-quality lead buttons can be obtained,gold loss in cupellation is small,and the gold determination is not influenced by matrix and impurity elements.The relative standard deviation of the determination results is less than 3 %,and the recovery rate of the reference material is between 99.5 % and 100.5 %.The method can be used to determine gold in Venturi mud and provide data support for production.
