井下泵房无人值守自动化排水系统改造实践

Practical application of automated unattended drainage system renovation in an underground pump room of a mine

  • 摘要: 排水系统是矿山地下作业的关键部分,直接影响矿山生产安全。随着矿山数字化进程加速,井下泵房排水系统的远程智能控制成为重要一环。传统控制方式存在人力需求大、操作频繁、注水流程繁琐及工作环境恶劣等问题,影响排水效率和工作人员健康。基于此,实施了无人值守自动化排水系统改造,集成先进技术实现水泵智能化控制与远程监控,减少人工干预,提高工作效率。改造后的系统确保了水泵正常启动,避免了设备损坏和排水效能下降。同时,配备防水密闭门外侧自动关闭装置,无人值守期间关闭防水密闭门,遇突发涌水可形成防水屏障,确保电气设备安全运行,为井下生产提供安全保障。此改造不仅提升了矿山排水系统智能化水平,优化了工作流程,降低了人力成本,更显著增强了矿山生产安全性和稳定性,为矿山数字化、智能化建设做出积极贡献。

     

    Abstract: The drainage system is a critical part of underground mining operations,directly impacting mine production safety.With the digitalization of mining,remote intelligent control of the underground pump room drainage system has become essential.Traditional control methods require significant manpower and involve frequent operations,complex water injection processes,and adverse working environments,affecting drainage efficiency and the health of personnel.To address this,an automated unattended drainage system was implemented,integrating advanced technology for intelligent pump control and remote monitoring,reducing human intervention and enhancing operational efficiency.The upgraded system ensures cavitation-free pump startup,avoiding equipment damage and maintaining drainage efficiency.Additionally,an automatic door-closing device was installed outside the waterproof door to close the waterproof door when unattended,which can form  a waterproof barrier to ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment.This transformation not only enhances the automation level of the mine’s drainage system,optimizes workflows,and reduces labor costs,but also significantly improves the safety and stability of mining production,making a positive contribution to the digitalization and intelligentization of mining operations.
