Abstract: With the rapid technological development,the mining project construction are becoming more and more mechanized.The paper introduced the main structure,working principles,applicability and cutting operation of EBZ260H excavator in the roadway excavation process in metal mines.In the case study of the infrastructure construction of Rongban Mining District in Jinfeng Gold Mine,the paper introduced in detail the application of EBZ260H excavator in construction of the 560 m main haulage way in Rongban Mining District.Engineering application shows that the EBZ260H excavator is low in cost and fast in the excavation.It is worth promoting in the roadway excavation in similar type mines.
