真空升华提纯粗砷工艺研究

Research on purification of crude arsenic by vacuum sublimation

  • 摘要: 从热力学和分离系数角度对真空升华提纯粗砷进行了理论分析,并进行了真空升华工艺试验和试生产。经过大量试验探索表明:粗砷经过一次真空升华处理,锑、铋、硒3种杂质元素较难去除,其中杂质锑元素含量最高;在较低的粗砷真空升华温度条件下,锑的去除效果相对较好,去除率最高可达82.7 %。

     

    Abstract: The purification of crude arsenic by vacuum sublimation is theoretically analyzed in terms of thermodynamics and separation coefficient,and the vacuum sublimation process experiments and trial production are carried out.A large amount of tests and exploration show that when the crude arsenic is treated by vacuum sublimation for one time,the impurity elements of antimony,bismuth and selenium are to difficult remove,and among them,the antimony impurity element has the highest content;when the crude arsenic is treated by vacuum sublimation under lower tempera-ture,the removal of antimony is effective with removal rate reaching 82.7 % at most.
