纳米陶瓷球在金翅岭金矿立磨机的应用

Application of nano-ceramic balls in vertical mills of Jinchiling Gold Mine

  • 摘要: 针对立磨机磨矿介质采用高铬钢球造成的螺旋衬板消耗高、氰化钠和锌粉消耗增加等问题,金翅岭金矿进行了纳米陶瓷球替代高铬钢球试验研究及工业应用。结果表明:立磨机最佳运行条件为磨矿浓度(66±2)%、运行电流(13±2)A,补加球制度为φ25 mm与φ20 mm质量比2∶1;纳米陶瓷球和高铬钢球磨矿分级产品粒度分布、磨矿效率和金浸出率基本一致,但减少了铁质污染,同时球耗从7.720元/t降至0.191元/t,螺旋衬板年耗从3套降至1.69套,总计年可节省费用249.15万元,取得了良好的经济效果。

     

    Abstract: In light of high consumption of spiral lining plate and increased consumption of sodium cyanide and zinc due to the adoption of high chromium steel balls used as grinding media of vertical mills,Jinchiling Gold Mine carried out experimental study on the replacement of high chromium steel balls by nano-ceramic balls and their industrial application.The results show that the optimal operation conditions were as follows:grinding concentration (66±2)%,operation current (13±2)A,ball supplementation system and the mass ratio of φ25 mm and φ20 mm was 2∶1.Compared with high chromium steel balls,nano-ceramic balls have the same particle size distribution,grinding efficiency and gold leaching rate,while the iron pollution is reduced,the ball consumption is reduced from 7.720 yuan/t to 0.191 yuan/t,and the spiral lining plate consumption is reduced from 3 sets per year to 1.69 sets per year.2 491 500 yuan can be saved for the total annual cost,and good economic results are achieved.
