基于FLUENT软件的热压氧化高压釜流场数值模拟

Numerical simulation of flow field of pressure oxidation autoclave based on FLUENT

  • 摘要: 为研究难处理金精矿在热压氧化高压釜内部的氧化预处理效果,运用FLUENT软件对难处理金精矿在高压釜内部的流场进行模拟仿真,利用GAMBIT建立流场实体物理模型,采用标准湍流模型及多重参考系法处理搅拌桨区,并分析了矿浆在高压釜内部速度场、压力场、温度场等的分布状态和流动规律。结果表明:数值模拟计算域所选模型能较准确地预测矿浆在高压釜内部的速度场、压力场、密度场及温度场分布;矿浆、氧气在机械搅拌作用下,在高压釜内部混合均匀,难处理金精矿可以得到充分的氧化预处理。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the pressure pre-oxidation effect of refractory gold concentrates inside the pressure oxidation autoclave.The FLUENT software is used to simulate the flow field of refractory gold concentrates in pressure oxidation autoclave.GAMBIT is used to set up physical model of the flow field entity.Standard turbulence model and multiple reference frames are used to deal with the slurry stirring zone,and analyze the velocity filed,pressure field and temperature field distribution and flow rules of the slurry inside the autoclave.The results show that the model selected in the numerical simulation domain can accurately predict the velocity field,pressure field,density field and temperature field distribution of the slurry inside the autoclave.The slurry and oxygen are mixed evenly in the autoclave under the action of the mechanical stirring.The refractory gold concentrates can be fully pre-oxidized.
