Abstract: Safety culture construction can effectively guarantee safe production in mining enterprises.The paper described mining enterprise safety culture based on double prevention mechanism,and introduced in detail the safety culture construction practice based on double prevention mechanism in a mining enterprise,including top design ideas,multiple safe production barrier construction,6 management 6 necessities innovation mode,and so on.The practice shows that with safety culture construction based on double prevention mechanism implemented,accident number decreases by 87.5 %,which not only improves the establishment of double prevention mechanism and its operation quality,but also makes the safety culture construction real,full and quality,guiding and converting employees’ mentality without being noticed,and breeding inner motives of employees’ to carry out safe production.
