Abstract: The paper collected and analyzed the literature and data related to serious and extra serious accidents in non-coal mines in China during 2001—2016,and summarized the accident occurrence law from seven aspects:the type of industry,the monthly occurrence,the region,the type of accident,the type of mine enterprise,the nature of the mine enterprise and the time of the accident,providing reference for scientific prevention of serious and extra serious accidents.
