湾家坞矿井下空气环境污染分析及综合治理

Analysis and comprehensive treatment of underground air environment pollution in Wanjiawu Mine

  • 摘要: 湾家坞矿井下破碎硐室与运输斜坡道粉尘及有害气体污染严重,影响井下工作人员身体健康,制约矿山安全高效生产,是矿山亟需解决的技术难题。通过对井下空气污染物浓度及来源分析,确定治理措施,包括控制污染源、阻止污染物扩散、改造通风系统及加强个人防护等手段。实践结果表明:破碎硐室与运输斜坡道中粉尘浓度分别降低了74.5 %、68.2 %,有害气体CO浓度分别降低了43.7 %、50.2 %,NO2浓度分别降低了63.3 %、59.6 %,氧气体积分数分别提高了4.6 %、5.7 %,井下作业环境改善显著,有利于矿山的安全生产。

     

    Abstract: The dust and harmful gas concentrations of underground crushing chamber and transportation seriously pollute the environment,affecting the health of underground workers and restricting the safe and efficient production,which is a technical problem for enterprises to solve.Through analysis of underground air pollutant concentrations and sources,the countermeasures including source control,pollutant spreading control,ventilation system renovation and individual protection enhancement are determined.The results show that the dust concentration decreases by 74.5 % and 68.2 % respectively,and the harmful gas CO concentration decreases by 43.7 % and 50.2 % respectively,NO2 concentration decreases by 63.3 % and 59.6 % respectively,oxygen volume fraction increases by 4.6 % and 5.7 % respectively in the crushing chamber and transportation ramps.The working environment has improved obviously and the safe operation in mines is ensured.
