湿法分离富集—火焰原子吸收光谱法测定粗银中的金

Determination of gold in crude silver by wet separation and enrichment-flame atomic absorption spectrometry

  • 摘要: 粗银中金作为计价元素,其准确测定具有重要意义。实验建立了湿法分离富集—火焰原子吸收光谱法测定粗银中金的新方法。采用硝酸分解样品,过滤分离基体银及其他金属,滤渣用王水溶解,在5%盐酸介质中,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定金。金质量浓度在0~8.0 μg/mL内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,方法加入标准物质回收率大于98%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3% (n=7),且与铅试金法测定结果一致,具有简单快速、准确可靠等优点,适用于粗银中金的测定。

     

    Abstract: The accurate determination of gold, an valuable element, in crude silver is significant. A new method for the determination of gold in crude silver by wet separation and enrichment-flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established. The sample was decomposed by nitric acid, substrate silver and other metals were separated by filtration, filter residue was dissolved by aqua regia. In 5% hydrochloric acid medium, the determination of gold was conducted by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The mass concentration of gold in 0-8.0 μg/mL has a good linear relationship with the absorbance. The recovery rate of reference material was greater than 98%, the relative standard deviation was less than 3% (n=7) and the determination results are consistent with that of lead assay. The method is simple, fast, accurate and reliable, suitable for the determination of gold in crude silver.
